What is this message actually asking of you?

The state Jev read

Full text access has been the number one question we get from people using the API to build apps, businesses, and research systems. And now, it's live. Add include_full_text_chunks=true to a search and each eligible paper comes back with up to three of its most relevant passages, labeled with the section they came from. One parameter: a flag on the search endpoint you already call, and the same option on the MCP server's search tool. No second request per paper, no PDF pipeline. Up to three passages per paper: picked for relevance to your query, 60 per request. Open access papers: full_text_chunks comes back null when a paper isn't eligible or nothing in it matches. Available on every paid plan: search full text papers on Pro, Deep, Teams, and Enterprise plans.
